Delivery policy

We ship the next business day after receiving an order.  Orders received on Friday often are shipped Monday to avoid a package lost in the post somewhere over the weekend.  We use tracking numbers so you can trace your package.

How much does shipping and handling cost?

Our shipping policy is as follows: A standard order placed in the US is charged $4.95. A standard order is one that has no oversized or drop-shipped items, and has less than five products. Additional charges apply if the number of items exceeds four. 

We calculate the cost by taking the total number of products purchased, divide it by four, round-up to a whole number, and multiply by the fixed cost of $4.95 (this variable is subject to change. For example, if you purchased 13 products, you will be charged $19.80 for shipping and handling. Here is how we arrived at the shipping and handling cost: 13 divided by 4 equals 3.25. We round up to 4, and multiply by 4.95 to get $19.80. 

What are my shipping options?

Our shipping and delivery days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays, and we use the US Postal Service to send your package by priority mail. If you would like to choose a different shipping option such as, Next Day and 2nd Day Air, orders must be placed by noon (12 p.m )Pacific Standard Time to be shipped the same business day. You will need to call us to arrange these shipping options. Priority orders placed after noon on Friday will not be shipped until Monday.

Do you ship outside the US?

Yes. At this time we ship packages to all 50 states and APO/FPO addresses, as well as to international addresses. If we do not ship to your country, your credit card will not be billed and we will notify you that your order cannot be sent. In the cases of Alaska and Hawaii, packages may receive an additional surcharge of $12 and may be sent 2nd Day Air and will be charged accordingly. Furthermore, in the case of APO/FPO addresses, the U.S. Military handles the final stage of delivery, so we are unable to estimate the shipping times to these destinations
